Active Life 10

“Having trained with Gus I am now two stone lighter and enjoy running five days a week. That exercise is now part of my routine is down to Gus: his infectious enthusiasm for health and fitness cannot fail to rub off on you. Indeed, whatever mood I may be in, snappy or stressed after a long day at work, Gus takes it all on the chin and when the session is over the mood has miraculously lifted.”

Michael, barrister

“Gus is enthusiastic, fun, and manages to get a broad range of both sexes and all races to the weekly workouts – a big change from many gym-based classes that are frequently all male, all female, all white or all black in attendance. I forgot: ages too. We often get children involved.”
