 Our structured ‘Active for Life’ programme is specially designed for people who have become dependent on drugs or alcohol as a way of life. We offer education and a physical awakening to help take the first steps to fitness and a new life.
Topics covered include:
- Health and fitness issues
- Managing your diet and shopping for food
- Where and how to get physically active, locally
The sessions are split into two main sections but can be tailored to suit your specific needs:
- Proactive information
- Interactive play to raise the heart rate and have some fun
Clients include:
- CDP, Southwark
- Phoenix House residential home, Forest Hill
Mental health programmes
We are also qualified to run programmes via the NHS, including:
- Body awareness
- Movements
- Breathing
- Relaxation
- Easy, fun team games
After-school activity programmes
We can design bespoke programmes for ages 5-15, depending on your:
- Objectives
- Age group
- Equipment available
- Timescale
- Budget
