"After paying hundreds of pounds to gyms that I never attended, and complaining about my lack of fitness, I saw how one of my friends had improved his fitness and physique, and decided to book an appointment with Gus and see what all the fuss was about!

I spent two sessions every week for three months putting myself through physical torture! The sessions were varied, focused, really tough but thoroughly enjoyable.

Gus is 100% focused on you for that hour or so and every little detail is covered to make the sessions work whether on the track, in the gym, or wherever we decide to train.

Gus knows how to push me to the limit but does so in a quiet, calm manner. He knows what makes me tick. He ascertained that I was competitive and uses that to drive me to do sessions that I never would have done on my own. When you think you can't do any more there is always a Gus 'bonus' to finish you off!

I now do only one session a week and never miss any, even after a big night out. The feedback from my close friends is that my body shape has changed for the better. Less fatty, more toned."
