“The sessions were exactly what I asked for – challenging! I found them quite addictive. With every one being different there was no chance of getting bored.
I have learnt more about what I am capable of doing and know that I can push my limits a lot more than I ever would have done alone.
I have regained the upper body strength I had lost due to a shoulder injury, and I have had hardly any back pain which was greatly limiting before.
I am now armed with a better knowledge of how to exercise successfully and will be able to push myself in the future and use my time at the gym more productively.”
